She asked lots of thoughtful questions to understand me and my concerns, which really put me at ease. Her sharing was detailed and very reassuring, and even though I can be a bit shy to ask questions, she created such a relaxed and friendly atmosphere that it was easy to talk. On top of being honest and helpful, she was genuinely lovely and really funny, which made the whole session enjoyable! :)"
